Wellness Programs for Seniors

Creating Wellness Now embraces the art of living well. We look at Senior Wellness as a combination of many factors that strengthen the mind, body and spirit. Our programs provide you with the opportunity to find the activities that interest and benefit you. This might include taking one of our balance classes, working with a fitness trainer and learning about the importance of nutritional issues. Creating Wellness Now understands the special needs that seniors have in the area of socialization and provides appropriate programs to meet those needs.

Creating Wellness Now offers a variety of programs. Each client works with our team to create a specialized and individualized wellness program. These programs are designed to enable seniors to make choices that will enhance their physical, emotional and spiritual well being. Programs range from: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction* classes to Optimized Nutrition* and Chair Yoga,* which can be done at any level of fitness to decrease stress, increase circulation and assist with pain management.

The benefits are numerous, senior wellness programs are effective at continuously creating an environment where physical, intellectual, spiritual and emotional needs are renewed. Creating Wellness Now creates environments where seniors can experience effective change.
